Fair prices, quick service, and reliable people. It's not the most assuring thing to be a young woman stranded on the side of the road, a lot can go wrong. Yet, when I was picked up, I stopped worrying. The guy who picked me up was kind and friendly, and ultimately helped me get my car exactly where I needed it, by taking me to a mechanic that he knew and trusted. For the stress of having a car go on the fritz, it was a rather painless evening just because he cared enough to make sure that I got the help that I needed, with an extremely fair price to add to the relief. If you're getting towed from Heber Valley Towing, you're in good hands. -
My Jeep's clutch broke down coming down Snake Creek road, and for the first time in my life I had to call a towing service. The rep on the phone was super friendly and straightforward. Within 30 minutes they arrived and had my Jeep loaded on the back. The driver was incredibly friendly and shared with me all his stories about towing people's cars. I really appreciated the fast, friendly service. -
These guys were great! When my van broke down in the middle of nowhere with my 3 children inside they quickly sent a truck. The truck arrived when the said it would, and the driver was so friendly and courteous. It's never fun to break down, but the driver made it okay and was great with the kids. If I ever needed a tow in that area again I would call Heber Valley Towing.-
We had to have a vehicle winched back on the road about 20 miles outside Heber City. They responded very promptly (less than hour), knew just where we were (about 2 miles off the main highway) had us on our way quickly, and the tow truck operator, Jared, was polite and professional. A little pricey $250 for first hour and $150 for additional hours, starting from their shop, but definitely better than waiting for a "roadside assistance" program to figure out where we were and try to get a service to respond. -
